All of this creates high-stress home environments and children are generally exposed to diverse forms of abuse, including sexual abuse.
How does one reach a child in need in a lockdown?
Childline India, suggested the helpline(1098) be declared an essential service during the lockdown.
Recognising signs in children:-
1.Changes in mood and behaviour, anxiety, stress, anger
2.Withdrawl from family members, friends and activities
3.Loss of appetite, sleep
How to Stop Child Sexual Abuse:-
